Refunds are applicable only for unused and undamaged products returned in their original packaging. The request for a refund must be made within7 working days from the date of purchase or delivery. Customized or special-order products are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or order discrepancies. Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective

Non-Refundable Items
Used, damaged, or altered products. Products returned without prior authorization. Custom-designed or made-to-order lighting solutions. Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error)
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping cost
